  1. Order Fulfillment: We take pride in our swift order processing. All orders placed before 12:00 PM (AEST) on business days will be fulfilled within 48 hours. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (AEST) will be processed on the following business day.

  2. Shipping Rates: We offer two shipping options within Australia. Standard Shipping is available at a flat rate of $9.99, while Express Shipping is available for a flat rate of $14.99. Orders over $150 qualify for free Express Shipping.

  3. Expected Shipping Times - Australia:

    • Standard Shipping: 1-3 business days within Victoria, 3-5 business days for interstate metro areas, and 5-7 business days for regional areas.
    • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days within Victoria, 2-3 business days for interstate metro areas, and 3-5 business days for regional areas.
    • Tracking Information: Your tracking number will be provided via email and can be used in the AusPost app to track your order's progress.

  4. Shipping Costs - Rest Of The World:

    • Standard Shipping: $30
    • Express Shipping: $40

  5. Expected Shipping Times - Rest Of The World:

    • Standard Shipping: 6-27 business days
    • Express Shipping: 6-20 business days
