We're not your typical supplement company. In fact, we didn't start as a brand at all. We're a group of performance coaches who were tired of hearing our athletes complain about protein powders and creatine that tasted awful, didn't mix well, felt heavy, and often led to bloating and discomfort.

After hearing hundreds of frustrated stories, seeing too many wasted dollars on half-used protein tubs, and personally experiencing disappointment with products that promised everything but delivered very little, we decided there had to be a better way.

So, we created The Essential.
